Called to get an appointment for my truck because the door locks were frozen whichbwas a factory recall and was told they couldn't get me in for a week. How do you drive a vehicle when the door does not door locks were frozen whichbwas a factory recall and was told they couldn't get me in for a week. How do you drive a vehicle when the door does not stay shut? They told me they were to busy with other repairs. After getting aggravated I was told I could bring it in 3 days later. Dropped my truck off for the second time mind you because of this problem. Didn't hear back from them, at all. A week later I called and they still hadn't even looked at it. I was told that they replaced all the old people and now there were new people working there and they would get right on the problem. 3 days later I picked up my truck. Great now the weather is 50 degrees so I really can't tell if its actually fixed or not because there is no more freezing weather. secondly, they usually will wash your car when you bring it in. NOT the case here. You would think after waiting 10 days they would make sure you vehicle was clean especially having to wait 10 days. They say they care about the customer but they definitely do not show it or even try to make up for their screw up. It's really the little things that make you want to go back, don't think I'll be going back to Fette ford More
