Not responsable customer service I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Ford Focus 6 months ago and from the beginning it had mechanical problems. On January 12th of this year I bought t I bought a certified pre-owned 2015 Ford Focus 6 months ago and from the beginning it had mechanical problems. On January 12th of this year I bought the car and not even a month in it was making noises, shaking, and dragging. When I took it to the dealership they said the problem was the brakes but it turned out that was not the issue. The car continued to shake and drag so I returned and I was told by the dealership that they file the discs of the brakes. After they did that job the same problem continued. The third time I returned the dealership claimed that the problem was with the clutch and they kept the car for two days to replace the clutch. Two days after I picked up the car from the dealership a light on the dashboard turned on saying the transmission was overheating. I went yesterday to the dealership to see what the problem was but I was not given an answer, much less a solution. They just reset the car and told me to call Ford’s customer service (+1 866-631-3788). Now I have this car that is not safe for my family and I to drive.@FetteFord More
