Day at the dealership Arrived at the dealership early afternoon. We dealt with Adam Horowytz. WE figured it would be a long drawn out experience and being a Saturday we p Arrived at the dealership early afternoon. We dealt with Adam Horowytz. WE figured it would be a long drawn out experience and being a Saturday we probably would not get the car till late Monday or Tuesday. Adam answered all out questions and had our car processed and we drove it home in a few hours. Actually fun buying a new car! The entire experience was great! My daughter and I went in on a very very cold day after snow and were immediately greeted in the park lot very pleasa The entire experience was great! My daughter and I went in on a very very cold day after snow and were immediately greeted in the park lot very pleasantly. After reviewing with us our exact needs, Adam showed me 2 different model vehicles that fit my needs. He was very knowledgeable and had patience as I asked many questions. Would highly recommend Adam! He went above and beyond...even removing snow from 2 cars so I could test drive both! When I went back the next day to pick up my car, he had it brought inside so he could spend time showing me "how it works" with out being in the cold! He went the extra mile! I love my new Escape! More

Painless Experience I do not enjoy anything about cars, especially the process of picking one out and being in a dealership. When I arrived at Fette, Adam happened to be I do not enjoy anything about cars, especially the process of picking one out and being in a dealership. When I arrived at Fette, Adam happened to be walking by and asked if I needed any help. I had an appointment, so he went to locate the salesperson I was supposed to be working with. I instantly thought, oh man that guy seemed great I bet the next guy is all "salesman". Lucky for me the other salesman was not available and I was able to use Adam for the process. He went above and beyond for my needs. He even stayed late two days in a row to accommodate me as a client. He was able to answer questions (even the annoying ones) and inform me of any thing I may have not even thought of myself. He made the whole process quick and painless. It legit felt like sitting with someone I had known for awhile and not a car salesman. Even after paperwork was signed he took the time and patience to help me, rather than disappearing because the deal was over. I would suggest anyone looking for a new car to go see Adam. More
