Honest salesman highly recommend So I started with my lie optima lease to get into another lease 9 months early. I originally wanted a sub but out of my price range. I didn't like the basic SUV finally after three different models. We thought we wouldn't be able to get a new lease. Tony went above and beyond and helped me get my SUV fully loaded in my price range. Never pressured me to buy the basic model that I can offered constantly going back to speak to the finance manger. I can't thank him enough for the great service he provided. More

Mario has a lot of knowledge about cars which made the whole leasing experience really enjoyable and effortless. Out of all my years of leasing / buying cars this one was the best. We had a scheduled appointment with Mr. Catalano and he was great, We went to other dealerships and they kept pushing us to buy a car then and there but not understanding that we were just shopping around. He showed us which cars were in our budget and let us walk around without pressure. My mother fell in love with a Kia Forte EX and we took it for a test drive. He was able to give us a great deal and let us decide if we wanted to take the car without pressure. I've lease three other vehicle from fette but this is by far the best experience I"ve had. Thanks Tony! More

oh this is a good read ... #whycantwebuycarsonamazon Dealing with Fette Kia has just lowered my outlook on the human race's future. I was very optimistic at first, I actually was able to 'talk numbers Dealing with Fette Kia has just lowered my outlook on the human race's future. I was very optimistic at first, I actually was able to 'talk numbers' and have a solid deal in place over email with Christina. (which I later found out the management frowned upon and the employee broke policy in dealing with me that way) Upon arriving on location to execute my agreed upon deal, the internet sales person handed me off randomly to Estella. She was kind enough to give my kid a coloring book and crayons, the only positive aspect of the experience. However Estella left her desk while in the middle of helping me at least 5 times, like a vulture, to try to get another customer walking in the door, while multiple other sales people had no customers.... this is in bad taste. We finally (2+ hours on location due to their lack of speed or concern for my time) sign all of the paperwork... at the very end when I'm thinking its time to leave, they hand me 1 key, and tell me the 2nd key was lost. I was mildly annoyed but said ok and moved on... there is an official "we owe you' form and the lying snake sales manager who would say anything to make a few dollars told me he would mail it to me when they found it/ got a new one. That won't be happening... because I find out it was to be programmed I later find out... which requires a service appointment, during business hours... so this key will now cost me a 1/2 day off of work. They offered me no recourse and actually laughed-out-loud when I asked for compensation for my time dealing with this issue they caused. When I called back again to find out when it would arrive, they said they would call me, which also never happened. A few days later I get a vague service-department automated print out that seemed to imply that my key arrive at the dealership. They said they would call when the key arrived... that also didn't happen. If you like to be frustrated, laughed at, taken advantage of, and disrespected... by all means go right to Fette Kia / Ford !!! They specialize in this !!! 10+ emails to 'make the deal' ... total of 3 hours on location to sign papers ... an additional 1/2 day off work to get a key they lost ... Jeff Bezos are you listening? There's got to be a better way! #whycantwebuycarsonamazon More
