Poor Customer Service The customer support provided this dealer for out of state/internet purchase is poor, at least once the vehicle is purchased . This is especially true The customer support provided this dealer for out of state/internet purchase is poor, at least once the vehicle is purchased . This is especially true for the middle management. My temporary registration, which they provide and insist on registering the vehicle through their state DMV, expired before a new one arrived. Although I have contacted them a number of times and at least a week before my tags expired to check on the status and a possible extension of temporary registration, no reprieve was offered. As a matter of fact neither Jeff or Paul, ever replied. Now I have a $35k hunk a meatal sitting in my garage, which my wife can not drive and I'm going out of town for a week. My recommendation is, that although the price may be right there is more to getting a new vehicle, so if I had to do it again, I would take my business else where. More
