Buyer beware. At just 14,000 miles, I was told my Infiniti needed new rear brake pads — already down to 3mm. A $350 was broken when i bought the car and it has taken over a month of phone calls, requesting service appointments, and finally showing up in person to be told the part has even been ordered when i made the dealer (salesman Deven and manager Juan) aware the day after purchasing the car what i had found to be broken upon driving it home. Juan tried to be helpful and fix it himself but he clearly did not know what he was doing and the problem has only gotten worse. More
