Went into their new facility and I was greeted by Fernando who graciously took the time to show me some new vehicles the dealership had to offer. Unfortunately, they were not exactly what I was looking for, but then we took a look at their other inventory. Outside in their certified pre owned lineup was a beautiful EX35. One drive and I was hooked on the car before Fernando even explained any of features it had to offer. After selecting the car, we went inside and agreed on a price and it worked out perfectly for me. Throughout the entire time I spent at the dealership, Fernando was a total gentleman without being pushy at all and made me feel comfortable about being at the dealership, something you don't find very often. Two months later and I'm still thrilled with my new car, all the things it has over my previous SUV, and the experience I got with Fette. I definitely recommend them, and especially Fernando, for the outstanding service I received. More
BUYER BEWARE! Please Read I went into the dealership for service on my 2nd infiniti. I come from a family of infiniti buyers. I had 9 months left on my g37xs coupe. I spoke to Ray, a sales rep there and he told me that he could "hook me up" I said sure run the numbers. He came back and said he would take back my car 9 months early and get me into a fully loaded q50s for $1,000 down and $540 a month! PERFECT!!!! Ray assured me that this deal was valid as much as I thought this was too good to be true. I asked him if there was ANY hidden charges I should worry about, he said NO. We went outside to assess my car. I had a few scratches on my wheels and the back number had a little scratch on it. I said "Ray, they will take back the car like this" Rays EXACT words were "AYYYY MAN DIS LADY CAME IN HERE WITH BROKEN BUMPER THEY TOOK THAT xxxx BACK IN A HEARTBEAT MAN, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT YOU CANT EVEN SEE IT" Great, SOLD! Drove the car for 2 weeks and I received a certified letter from Infiniti. The letter was a bill for $5,200!!!!!!! The charges were excess wear and tear on my car, remainder of my lease payments, and excess of miles, which ray assured that they forgive up to $500 worth as long as I was purchasing another infiniti, which seems reasonable. I called infiniti furious and they routed and rerouted me to person after person. At one point a phone rep even yelled at me for trying to explain what happened. xxxx customer service, and this is coming from someone who does telesales. I decided to give the dealer a try. Called them up and I received the exact OPPOSITE treatment. I guess there only nice when your BUYING. The smirky finance guy acted like he was braindead when I asked him what was going on. I was talking to a vegetable, the sales manager Jaun was joking around in the office with two other sales reps (who also looked like they should be selling yo-yos) I asked Juan if he had a moment to talk and he said "NO, Im with a customer" I calmly waited outside his office while he continued to joke around with dumb and dumber for another 10 minutes. I gave up. I then served his finance guy a letter from my lawyer, and also had my lawyer email it to the sales rep, the finance rep, and infiniti corporate. The funny thing is this dealership lost out on 3 more q50s leases, which I decided to give to Infiniti of Linden, who are WAY better with there customers. I guess the point of all this is stay far away from this sketchy dealership and look elsewhere If anyone has any questions or more details I would GLADLY answer all calls or texts about what happened, and even give you the number to a great guy at Linden who will hook you up with a much better deal Joseph 973.405.0478 More

Horrendous service department and sales management I've had my Infiniti serviced at a few different Infiniti dealerships. I was in Clifton for a a few months and decided to take my I30 into Fette Infin I've had my Infiniti serviced at a few different Infiniti dealerships. I was in Clifton for a a few months and decided to take my I30 into Fette Infiniti for service since the check engine light came on. Big mistake! Everything seemed fine when I talked to the service department manager when he told me that my brake rotors needed resurfacing. The price was comparable to what I was used to paying at previous Infiniti dealerships so I figured attention to detail would not be an issue. I was obviously wrong. After returning my loaner car I noticed that my I30 was making loud scraping noises inside the wheels whenever I turned the steering wheel. I talked to an Infiniti FX35 owner who experienced similar problems after bring one of his Infiniti vehicles into Fette Infiniti for service. You're much better off taking your Infiniti to another Infiniti dealer such as Flemington Infiniti, Ramsey Infiniti or Infiniti of Denville. Steer clear of this "Ford focused" auto dealers if you value your automobile. More

Steve handled my lease and and was a pleasure to work with. There were no tricks or gimmicks and we struck a deal quickly and professionally. Peter made the finance process the quickest I've ever experienced at a car dealership. When the car was ready, mike thoroughly went over every option the car had and answered every question I had. Fette also recently remodeled their showroom and waiting area which is both impressive and comfortable. I've dealt with other luxury car dealerships and I have to say this was my best experience. A salesman by the name of Jason and his sidekick Simon told me that I had a certain deal negotiated. I went to go pick up the car and it was the worst experience ever as they had made me wait an hour even though the deal was negotiated. Then they we calculated the numbers and they wanted 5 more thousand dollars. The salesman swore to me that it was all taken care of so I drove an hour to get to the dealership to be taken advantage of. Beware this is the last place you want to buy your vehicle. I have purchased many cars in the past but this dealership I will never purchase from ever. I have emails to prove back and forth and all sorts of written stuff and they still refused to honor the negotiation. More

My experience was further complimented by not being pressured throughout the process, which is rare among car dealerships. The sales manager Juan was very professional and the duo worked together to get me a deal within what I was willing to pay. They even had a standalone person to show me every feature, which is a very welcome so I am perfectly comfortable with my vehicle's features before I leave and don't feel as if I was keeping Fernando from dealing with other clients. I highly recommend Fette for anyone that is looking to get into the Infiniti brand. More
