Purchase and service of my BMW Z4 - excellent! Even though a BMW dealer in Tampa was closer, we received the "idiot" treatment from them, so headed to Lakeland and Fields BMW. The salesman was awesome and not pushy, or obnoxious ( like the Tampa dealer)...........and we got the perfect car. The service of the Z4 has always been 10 stars! We've had other makes of vehicles and have dealt with many service departments through the years, but Fields service department leaves all the others in the dust! The best, by far! We have dealt with Tina Tyner in service and she is tops. Can say nothing negative about Fields BMW sales or service. We would recommend them to everyone!!! More

Melissa was very patient, answered all vehicle questions fully, and even proposed some vehicles we had not previously considered. Frank even came back to the dealership after hours to meet us when we realized that we had accidentally left an item in our trade-in vehicle. Now that is customer service at its finest! More
