No loaner if you didn't buy from them. My 2014 550i Engine light came on took it to the dealerships in Lakeland because it is closer to my home. I knew I was in trouble when the rep Tina sa My 2014 550i Engine light came on took it to the dealerships in Lakeland because it is closer to my home. I knew I was in trouble when the rep Tina said oh it's a 550 it's going to take a while to get done. I stated ok I will get something to eat. I had to walk to the restaurant no shuttle, I also own a Lexus and they would never let me walk anywhere. This is the kicker the Tina lady call to tell me if I need the service done I have to leave the car and they won't provide a loaner because I didn't buy the 550 there. I'll reach out to BMW USA for further clarification on how warranties are handled, and what makes field bmw a certified dealership and why should I walk home because I didn't buy the vehicle there. More
