Lied to and mislead I bought a BMW part from a BMW dealership in another state. I had it for around 2 months before it randomly stopped working so I brought it into the L I bought a BMW part from a BMW dealership in another state. I had it for around 2 months before it randomly stopped working so I brought it into the Lakeland dealership with a copy of the recite, What I thought was a quick exchange took over 5 hours during a two day period. They told me that my car had new lights in it and the warranty covered the cost. However, I am convinced that they put the original lights back in my car because it has the same issue, I never saw the new box or parts, I also NEVER asked for them to install the part. I have 0 idea what the dealership did or why a simple part exchange took over 5 hours, and when I asked for explanations i got the most open answers possible. More

2 day oil change I took my 2014 X5 in for a normal service at 9 am one morning. It was promised back the same day. Service tech called and said it would not be ready I took my 2014 X5 in for a normal service at 9 am one morning. It was promised back the same day. Service tech called and said it would not be ready until the next day due to being hooked up to a computer. Late the next afternoon i was finally told it was ready. When i arrived an hour later it was not ready--they said it was being washed. Then when i obtained paperwork I found they had done work that was not discussed or authorized by me. Apparently they completely reprogrammed the computer. This caused all settings to go to factory default (third time this has happened). I am now having issues with my I phone synchronizing with the car. This was not a problem before. This is not my first poor experience with this service department. Unfortunately, I have had numerous problems with the car. More
