Unfortunately, my experience with their used car sales team, specifically the sales manager, was far from satisfactory. It is important to share my story so that others don't fall into the same trap. From the onset, the used car sales manager appeared to be attentive and helpful. I was interested in a particular used vehicle they had on the lot and he assured me of its excellent condition. He went on to explain that their cars undergo thorough inspections, and any issues are addressed before they're put up for sale. I felt reassured and went ahead with the purchase. However, shortly after driving the vehicle off the lot, I began to experience a myriad of problems. The check engine light came on, the transmission was sluggish, and the brakes were clearly worn. When I took the car to an independent mechanic, they informed me that the vehicle required several costly repairs. It became evident that the sales manager had been dishonest about the state of the vehicle. When I reached out to Fields BMW to discuss the matter, I was met with dismissive responses and a lack of accountability. The used car sales manager and Fields BMW General Manager both refused to acknowledge the misinformation and did not offer assistance or compensation for the repairs. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating, leaving me to deal with a faulty vehicle and a significant financial burden. To anyone considering purchasing a used car from Fields BMW, I strongly advise against it. The dishonesty and lack of integrity displayed by their used car sales manager is appalling. There are plenty of reputable dealerships out there who value customer satisfaction and transparency. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Fields BMW. More

On 27 JUNE 2022 I purchased a 2019 530e . When the car arrived a scratch appeare on the hood after using a cloth to inspect the vehicle (Rain on the day of delivery) upon drying the car, the When the car arrived a scratch appeare on the hood after using a cloth to inspect the vehicle (Rain on the day of delivery) upon drying the car, the mark went from black and started turning grey. Apparenty someone did the worse fix job on the scarcth and a simple wipe brought it to surface in less than 15 seconds. The rear passenger side ground effect started peeling of after 2 weeks. All original sales pictures showed such damage, nor was the issues announced. This does not include other issues at hand. Fields blew me off and North America was of no help. Stay away from these guys. They are not about doing the right thing concerning the name BMW and "Pre certified" I even asked was all componets up to date before purchase. I was told yes, just to find out the Navigation system was out dated, not to mention if you do not turn off the car a specific way, the daytime lamps stay on (forever). Avoid these people at all cost. I wish I was making this up but the nightmare is real. More

The purpose of this review is to recognize the excellent service I received recently to my 2013 BMW X3. The service department repaired and replaced an oil feed line generating smoke from the exhaust on st service I received recently to my 2013 BMW X3. The service department repaired and replaced an oil feed line generating smoke from the exhaust on start up, as replacing two defective ( rings in the Turbo Coolant Lines. Special thanks to Brandon Luke for getting to the source of the problem. I am hoping these repairs will keep my X3 running for another 5 years. More
