Since none were available I was informed that I would get a shuttle to and from the hospital where I work. I also wanted a diagnostic and then requested to be called before anything would be done as I was deciding whether or not to sell the car to CarMax depending on how much work it needed. It did need substantial work so I sold to CarMax but paid $99 for an oil change the day before giving car to CarMax (waste) as they did it before calling. I was unable to get a ride back and thus had to pay for an Uber. Once back I paid for diagnostic and oil change but then there was no transport workers to locate my car so I aimlessly went outside and searched. Once I found it I walked back inside for my key. That was my experience. They contacted me for feedback which I provided but then they vanished. No compensation as expected but not even a reply apologizing. More

They are incompetent. Can’t even answer the phone. Phone rings and rings and rings. When someone finally answers, they can’t find the needed person. ‘You need to call back later’. I actually had to go to my car and write down the type of tires only to find out they can’t get them. ‘Out of stock’. Every person you meet just has a nasty attitude (accept for Scott who sold us our car. Very helpful). You see their ads on TV and wonder why they bother. The ads further support the image.
