Received a letter stating my car is eligible for an upgrade, only to arrive at dealer and be told it's not the case! To make things worse, there wasn't much explanation from the service about the deta upgrade, only to arrive at dealer and be told it's not the case! So much for spending a LOT of money on a car only to find out that it's obsolete in about 4-5 years! More
