1.5 Hours Wasted Waiting for a Salesman I went to Fields South Orlando because I was interested in a 2014 M4 they had in stock. It was Sunday March 22, 2015 at 4:00 when I arrived. When I I went to Fields South Orlando because I was interested in a 2014 M4 they had in stock. It was Sunday March 22, 2015 at 4:00 when I arrived. When I announced myself at reception, I was told everyone was busy but if I waited in the lounge someone would be with me. Half an hour later, a salesman asked me what I wanted, and I told him I wanted to drive the M4. He walked me out, and I told him, I didn't need to see it as I had already researched the car they had on the lot. Rather I wanted to drive it. He told me he was with someone, and I said, I could wait. At 5:15, I asked another sales person and he told me he couldn't help me. I then saw that another sales person was taking out customers who arrived later than I had. I left disgusted, after politely telling the staff that if they knew the wait would not be appropriate the should have told me to come back another day. More
