Disappointed Loyal long time customer of Fields. However my recent purchase and lease was a fiasco. The bait and switch was played. They had a vehicle which we wer Loyal long time customer of Fields. However my recent purchase and lease was a fiasco. The bait and switch was played. They had a vehicle which we were looking at. Great monthly rate. Seemed all Salesman were busy, asked a couple what the criteria on the red tags meant. They didn’t know. So the first vehicle was a lease turnaround, salesperson nickeled dimed us mileage, and tires. Said not enough of tread. I disagreed. But needed to swap out. The second vehicle was a purchase after playing the number game came to a conclusion. Go into finance after another 1 1/2 wait. We talk about the free maintenance program, and shows it had changed from previous conversation with Sales. Do not cover wipers and brakes. Said we were not told that. She apologized. I confronted Sales rep. Said he did not know it changed. So we thought we were going to have the Encore delivery. The vehicles have not been cleaned yet. Not have been gassed. I asked what’s going on we had a great experience the last 2 times with Fields. Sales said busy. After another hour vehicles are ready for fuel. So we ride over with one of the Geniuses puts fuel in both vehicles. We leave gas station heading home and try syncing the Bluetooth to phone won’t work. We get to our house turn the car off. Figure to reset the Bluetooth. Go to turn the vehicle on car won’t start. We go back and forth who had the key. Neither one of us has it. The Genius who brought us to gas station has it in his pocket never gave to us. We try calling the dealership and salesman no answer we are panicking. As the dealership only had 1 key for this vehicle as the other one supposedly was locked in vault. In which that was a lie. Finally salesman calls back and laughs said I call u back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later he calls says he got ahold of Genius and will deliver the key but has things to do before. Mind you it’s New Years Eve. We decide to meet him halfway in our other vehicle gave him Landmark. We show up and call. Said he is there. Walked up to vehicle no salesman called back he was at wrong location. Now 2 weeks later still waiting on second key. NOT HAPPY More

Great Sales Experience Chris Neal was an exceptional salesperson. He spent a lot of time for me and took time later to answer all of my questions. I would definitely purch Chris Neal was an exceptional salesperson. He spent a lot of time for me and took time later to answer all of my questions. I would definitely purchase another car from Chris. I felt he tried very hard to give me the best deal possible! The only negative I would mention would be the financing agent, Brittany. I left Chris very excited and after 10 minutes of pressure selling extras I was somewhat deflated. I appreciate being given the options, but when I'm questioned why I said no thank you and my answers are analyzed making me feel awkward; that takes away from the experience. I really liked my entire experience otherwise! Thank you! More
Easy and Painless From the moment I walked into the dealer to the moment I left driving my new car, everything about the dealership was awesome and very welcoming. Hugh immediately approached us and was very personable and not your typical sales guy. He showed me a couple cars and took me on some test drives with no pressure whatsoever. The process was very easy with him and he was patient with me while I made my decision over a couple of weeks. Once I made the decision to lease my 330 he went right to work and he made it the easiest process and I was in and out of there in no time. As a longtime GM leaser, I can’t say enough how excited and proud I am to have a 330 and the incredible and impeccable experience that Fields gave me.
