Joe Dixon at BMW called me back and over several texts and calls worked out a deal that worked for both parties. We drive from our home in Apollo Beach the following day to take delivery of our new car. Very happy with the process and most importantly the way Joe treated us. She demonstrates good customer service skills. We felt comfortable with her when we finally decided to purchase our first BMW. Special recognition needs to be given to Brittany Lewis, finance manager, who explained everything clearly and carefully. Shortly after our purchase we discovered several issues with the car that definitely needed to be addressed. The sales manager Tracey Pellegrino immediately took action to correct the problems.
