They got the job done I took my 1997 Z3 to Fields for some work. I suspected it needed a clutch and/or master cylinder. The service writer told me it needed a clutch. I told her my reasons for suspecting it was the master cylinder and after diagnosis ($100.00 if you don't accept the job and price) they agreed, happily. The repair was much more expensive than a non dealership repair but I do not know a local shop. They got the job done properly. The phone system is very difficult to work with while trying to set up a service visit. Many attempts and misdirected calls are necessary to get thru to the service department, but if you are relaxed and persevere, you can get an appointment. The whole experience is very bureaucratic and cumbersome but in the end I got my Z3 repaired for only 2-3 times what it would cost in a non dealership shop. More

My 2nd service on X1 Service light came contact my rep at BMW and next within a day had a service day plus a rental waiting for me. Excellent customer service for car service Matthew had a loaner vehicle waiting for me and was very patient with me since I had to bring my 4 year old and 2 year old. He provided coloring books Matthew had a loaner vehicle waiting for me and was very patient with me since I had to bring my 4 year old and 2 year old. He provided coloring books and crayons when waiting and helped me keep an eye on them while I installed the car seats in the loaner car. He let me know when the car would be ready and texted when it was time to pick up. Very smooth transition! More
