I visited Bredemann Lexus twice before I finally made my purchase. Both occasions I dealt with Vasily Kurkow, a very fine young man. Vasily gave me a test drive on both occasions and he explained all the features of the vehicle,gave me a tour of the dealership and encouraged any questions that I might have. Very smooth experience. We came to an agreement and I was to pick up my new car on Saturday. Vasily was with another client when I arrived and Steve Stover assisted me with the final paper work and delivery of my new Lexus. Steve also was very polite and well mannered and was extremely helpful in the explanation of the inner workings of the vehicle. I asked a lot of questions and Steve was extremely patient and was not satisfied until I was completely satisfied. Once again very smooth and easy. Once I took delivery Vasily came to congratulate me and assured me if I have any more questions he or Steve would be happy to help me. Monday morning Vasily called me and asked if everything was OK. Very thoughtful. I came back a couple of times to ask Vasily questions about the car and once again he patiently explained and answered my questions. I purchased my car from this dealership approximately 8 years ago as a certified pre-owned vehicle, and had a wonderful experience. Even though I hadn't bought a brand new vehicle, the salespeople treated years ago as a certified pre-owned vehicle, and had a wonderful experience. Even though I hadn't bought a brand new vehicle, the salespeople treated me as thought I had. My car is now going on 11 years old, and still running strong with very little issues. I have brought my car to be serviced there ever since, and always have a wonderful, relaxing experience each time. The service staff treat each customer with the absolute best customer service, I am always treated with respect, and my concerns about my car are always met with understanding and never disregarded, despite my somewhat confusing descriptions at times. Other dealerships I had avoided and I would typically send my husband, as I was treated as though my knowledge as a female was well below the service employee's, and thus didn't mean anything, and my comments would be shrugged off. I will always come back to Bredemann Lexus (for purchase and service) and will always recommend everyone does the same! More
