I am disappointed that you no longer have Bob, the manager there. I felt as though he treated the place as if he owned it. He was very professional with me. I am also somewhat concerned about what my extended warranty will and will not cover as I proceed through my journey with my Kia. I also feel I haven't had the opportunity to express small concerns that have come up for me that are likely not a big deal, but things seem a little rushed, which may be just the times that I am in the dealership.
