A Rave Review Definitely Earned! I had been shopping for months. I was extremely apprehensive regarding dealerships. I had been to so many dealerships, looked through personal ads and even went to credit months. I was extremely apprehensive regarding dealerships. I had been to so many dealerships, looked through personal ads and even went to credit union car sales events. I was determined to get the best deal. I was driving by Acura after hours when I saw a used car that I thought I could afford. It was not exactly what I was looking for but again I was looking for a deal. I pulled over to look at the car and check for a price. Michael Pool walked over and introduced himself. He was still at work and had just finished working with another client. Michael was extremely kind and NOT pushy...amazing right.. I explained to Michael what I was looking for in a car. I was use to driving really nice cars but had decided to become debt free and down grade my car. We laughed, because I wanted the fully loaded, leather, sun roof, multi cd, seat heaters, etc. with out the cost. I honestly ended up with just that. I got a fully loaded TSX with really low miles and a three year bumper to bumper warranty for less than I was paying on my bottom of the line no frills car. I have owned many top of the line vehicles and have never received service like I have at Findlay Acura. The entire staff has been professional, kind, and truly given me the best deal! I am simply amazed at my overall experience and the service I have received from Michael Pool. I am so happy with my car and would not recommend any other company over Findlay Acura. I honestly believe you would not be wasting your time. More

I ended up driving the TL home. The deal went so smooth, I woke up in the middle of the night to take a look in my drive way. It wasn’t a dream. I had originally stopped at Findlay Acura just to see what they had to offer. I was leasing my then Toyota Avalon and wasn't sure what I wanted next. He suggested a test drive of the TL and I secretly fell in love with it that day. I loved the way it handled. Two months later and many others test drives behind me I went back to Findlay and asked for Alejandro as I remembered how informative and pleasant he was. This time I drove the RDX and the TSX as well. Car buying is usually sooo painful but not this time. We arrived at the price we wanted and never felt pressured or annoyed. It was truly a pleasant experience. Alejandro has been in touch with me on several occasions making sure everything is going great with my new TL. Service extraordinaire. And free car washes too!
