Took my H2 in for some repair work. Couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Absolute unsatisfactory experience with sales person, and her manipulation of what was included in final price. He heard all that I said, concerning my research into the truck, my pre-qualification, my knowledge of my credit (excellent) and the price of the truck to include all fees. I then explained what I needed to get me to buy the truck. A much lower rate, and a high trade value for my car. After a few hours to include the test drive, I left with my truck. I got all that I wanted and more! The price was very fair, my interest was 4% lower than my pre-qualification rate, my trade was high bluebook, and the price of the truck stayed the same, no creative pricing More
