We bought our Cadi here and have been getting all the service done here as well. Greg is usually our guy and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the appointment. Last service done here as well. Greg is usually our guy and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the appointment. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Took my car in to be service for them to reseal the engine. Got my car back, and it sounded like F-2 DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Took my car in to be service for them to reseal the engine. Got my car back, and it sounded like F-250 super loud noise when the car started up. I just had spent about 3K for them to reseal the engine. My car was not making any noise when I dropped it off to them. I went back to talk with the service advisor, and the B**** had the never to tell me the noise was masked by the a oil leak, Mind you I went there to get my oil changed. SO she goes on to tell me they can fix it for 3K more, B**** NO*** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FINDLY CADILLAC More
