Took my H2 in for some repair work. Couldn't have been happier with the service I received. Absolute unsatisfactory experience with sales person, and her manipulation of what was included in final price. The inept process of a CASH purchase was further exasperated about will full lying about the ti her manipulation of what was included in final price. Complete with his arms crossed over his chest. Truly a bush league event, unlike anything ever seen at a Cadillac dealer, or any other new car dealer. More
