I was not pleased at all with Findley service that I spent $52,000.00 on and when I had a problem I feel i deserve quite a bit more. The vehicle, a 2024 Chevy Silverado has a pretty scary problem involving the accelerator sticking after quick acceleration like entering a highway and getting up to spreed. As soon as I'm in traffic and up to speed and reduce pressure on the accelerator peddle it remains at a high RPM for several seconds before me being able to get control of the accelerator peddle. Keep in mind, i owned a mechanic shop in Las Vegas for 10 years.I could diagnose this problem myself but feel it may nullify the warranty which it is very much still under. The Truck has only 17,000 miles on it! Findley Chevrolets service department has failed to duplicate the problem and the associated problems that could be clues as to the underlying problem. They include the vehicle getting between 11 and 14 mpg which is far less than the 19-23 mpg advertised. Whether associated with the acceleration issue or not they had the truck for an entire week, never offered me a rental car, and failed to resolve the issues I've mentioned. For many years I've considered buying a new Silverado do to their legendary performance and reliability and after the experiences and being out 52 Grand Id have to say unless something changes very quickly, I will never again deal with Chrevrolet or Findley service again. More
