3 hours + for an oil change, with an appointment, is not acceptable. The only person who smiled is the gal that was our service writer in the quick lane section of the service department. We have bought 2 Chevys form this dealership and in the past this was a great place to buy and service our SUV. Wearing a baseball cap that says Vietnam Veteran usually gets a few thank you for your service and here they always said that. Not anymore. To top it off is a bill for $70 for an oil change. We can go to any Tire Works or Meineke or Ted Wiens to get the same service for a lot less and get out within an hour. You have all these people these workers and you can't have a shuttle service ( you could show off your cars). If it wasn't for the extended warrantee we would not be back. Its been a nice ride but it's apparently time shop elsewhere. Thanks M.W. More

They made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I pulled into the service bay. The facility was amazing - huge, modern, and welcoming. Dahlia was my service representative. She kept me informed regarding the progress of my vehicle service. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and could answer all my technical questions. Sam Litman was also very helpful. He answered all of my questions about a number of vehicles and was very patient with me. Based on my interactions with these individuals, as well as my overall experience, I would definitely return to Findlay Chevrolet for all my service needs and purchases in the future. More

Dear Findley Chevrolet, I would like to recognize a member of your Service Team that provides outstanding service. Ryan Wolf was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Taking your vehicle to a dealership service department can be a daunting and anxiety ridden experience. You never know what to expect AND normally what you think is wrong is a larger problem than anticipated. Last week I proceeded to your Service Department and was introduced to Mr Wolf. He listened to what I needed to have done, ran a check on my vehicle and found something that I noticed but did not think was a concern. He worked with me and a technician, researched a Technical Service Bulletin and found a reasonable solution to what needed to be repaired. He then initiated a dialogue with my warranty company to determine how they could assist me. He worked with the warranty company and found a suitable resolution to all parties involved. He promised an answer at a specific time (and delivered) and then worked with the technician to have the work completed that same day (again delivered). I was pleasantly surprised by the entire endeavor. My car is running outstanding and my wallet is lighter than expected, but not by as much as I anticipated. Overall, an outstanding experience. Charged me 45$ "rugs they used to provide services" they already charged me for labor. That's what adviser told me. Oil change 30$ more expensive than henderson chevy.
