Scheduled an appointment to drop off my EV on Saturday morning, delivered the car to the Dealership on Saturday at 11am. Service closed at 5pm, didn't hear from the dealer. The Dealership is closed on S morning, delivered the car to the Dealership on Saturday at 11am. Service closed at 5pm, didn't hear from the dealer. The Dealership is closed on Sunday (that doesn't bother me since most of the Vegas Valley is closed on Sundays for some dumb reason). I reached out on Monday morning at 10:45am to get the status of my vehicle. I was told that their EV Techs don't work on the weekends and it was given to a tech today (Monday). I reach out again at 4pm because I again haven't heard anything. They tell me a Tech was assigned to it and they might have an answer in the morning (I'm assuming tomorrow morning - Tuesday). I asked them if nothing has been done with the car, can I come pick it up? They responded that the Tech has the vehicle, it is under diagnostic, and they should have an answer in the morning. Very frustrating. More
We recently had a difficult time with the service department at Findlay Chevrolet. Before I point out my issues, I must say the communication from Findlay was excellent, I worked with Denise and Bobb department at Findlay Chevrolet. Before I point out my issues, I must say the communication from Findlay was excellent, I worked with Denise and Bobby who were extremely helpful. However, the diagnosis was wrong. My 2014 Suburban was having intermittent starting issues. I had replaced the starter, but the issues continued. With that, I reinstalled the original starter. After that, I had no issues for a couple of weeks. Fast forward a couple of weeks, my Suburban was towed to Findlay because it wouldn't start. I relayed to Denise and Bobby that I had replaced the starter, and reinstalled the original starter as that wasn't the issue. They both relayed to me that the vehicles often have issues with the negative battery cable. A couple of days later I was notified that I needed a new starter, at a cost of $885 plus tax. When I reexplained what had transpired, i was told that indeed I needed a new starter. I declined the repair. I paid $179 cost to Findlay for the diagnostic test, purchased an OE negative battery cable for approximately $70, my son replaced the cable, and the vehicle started right up. Although I appreciate the extremely kind and communicative help from Bobby and Denise, I can't overlook that the service department didn't correctly diagnose the problem I was having, and instead tried to push a costly repair that wasn't needed. FOLLOW UP - I was approached by findlay and they refunded me the cost of the diagnostic service. More
My worst dealer experience yet! My first time here in service & not a good impression at all. They take forever to perform simple work and they don't communicate with you! They also My first time here in service & not a good impression at all. They take forever to perform simple work and they don't communicate with you! They also offer no loaner or rental service which is a huge letdown. I arrived here 7am for a 730am appointment & I been waiting here 8 hours and my vehicle still isn't fixed. The don't honor appointments, they actually don't even go by the appointment schedule so why even bother with making one? How can I trust this dealer for service or sales with this kind of treatment. I highly recommend to AVOID this dealership. I will also be putting in a complaint to GM customer service More

Had an 8:30am service appointment for a front end brake service, A/C service and a tire rotation. Never heard from service writer, called and left a message with no return call. Show up to pick up vehicle at 7pm and was told vehicle was never looked at and the mechanic left at 2pm. Vehicle sat entire day without being touched and no courtesy call or even an apology when picking up vehicle and no manager on property with over 2 hours left until closing. Apparently my time and schedule means nothing to this establishment. Lost all business from me and any referrals. Take your vehicle to where there's some sort of customer service because this dealership has none More
I bought my 2013 Chevy Cruze new from this location and I've been a loyal customer since. I just had a repair bill for $3,033.08 and I wasn't offered any alternatives. No mention of how much my car is wo I've been a loyal customer since. I just had a repair bill for $3,033.08 and I wasn't offered any alternatives. No mention of how much my car is worth or about the continued problems that may arise with the Cruze since they are no longer manufactured. Only when I picked up my car and mentioned it being worth putting that money into my car was a suggestion made to use those funds toward another car. I will not buy another Chevy. I will stick with Honda, Toyota and possibly Ford. I was told they sell used Hondas and would probably give me a good deal since February is their slow time. So I entertained the idea of looking at a used car. I was quoted $2167 for my car and felt sick because I'd just invested $3000. I mentioned that I get their offers in the mail all the time from them that they need my car and want to buy it for way more than I was just quoted. Patrick answered that you need to read the fine print on the back. You can only have 10,000 miles per year. Ironically I got one in the mail when I got home. It states 10,000 but they will just dock you $.20 per mile over the 10,000. My car is 10 years old, I went in with 100,272 miles. Not too shabby. Funny how badly they state they want my car but when I actually show interest my car isn't such an asset now. The 2020 used Honda Accord they showed me with $32,000 miles they are asking $24,900. I went home deflated and asked Carmax what they would give me for my car. Quoted $5600. And new Honda's are close to the price Chevy is charging for used. No warm fuzzies, no trying to work with me. Very nonchalant. I will not be returning unless problems arise from the repairs they did. I know they are trying to make money but helping people should still be a strong virtue. More
I went in to get some issues fixed on a used car I recently purchased through their dealership. Thanks to one of their newest employees, Kenny, as well as the rest of service team, I was able to rest recently purchased through their dealership. Hello, I was a customer of the Findlay Chevrolet dealership in Las Vegas Nevada. NEVER AGAIN. I have a truck that is special to me and I have babied it ever since it came into my possession. It is a dealership in Las Vegas Nevada. NEVER AGAIN. I have a truck that is special to me and I have babied it ever since it came into my possession. It is a SEMA Show truck and because of that I have tried to bring it to the best mechanics I can find. After doing some research I thought I could trust Findlay with my truck, that was a MISTAKE. I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when they told me they could get me in the next day, which was the 18th of June 2021, as opposed to the Chevy dealership in Saint George Utah that stated they had a two week wait but could get me in on July 2nd. I had a recent work trip coming up and needed my truck sooner than later so this was a big contributing factor for me, and I was also happy with the service provided by the dealership one month prior. So I chose the Findlay dealership. Firstly the bill total that was discussed over the phone with Heather was in the amount of $7,500.00. This amount included the following. -Diagnostic and repair of leaky hose coming off the radiator. -Replacement of the other hose coming off the radiator (which was recommended by Heather) -Tire sensor lights. -Replacement of the sending unit that drops down into the gas tank -Replacement of cable to open interior drivers side door. -Replacement of passenger and driver side interior door panels. -Replacement and door buttons that cover bolt holes. I was patient and after 3 weeks called Don a representative that took over for Heather on July 6 of 2021,. I called because I was asked to leave for work again and did not feel comfortable with leaving my truck at the dealership. He stated that he would work on getting my truck back to me as soon as possible. I want to just remind you that at this point the dealership had 3 weeks to finish up a couple days of work. I came to pick up the truck and after I got my keys I quickly noticed that the window switch in the drivers side WASN”T INSTALLED PROPERLY. I also noticed that the tire sensors hadn’t been replaced either, as evidence by my dashboard telling me there was a tire sensor malfunction. I went in and talked to Danny Pacheco and grabbed his card from him and he assured me that they would make this right, but that the people he needed to talk to had gone home for the day and that he would address it in the morning. After further inspection of the bill I found that they had erased the charges for the tire sensors, and didn’t replace the hose that was originally recommended to replace (but definitely didn’t respectively lower the price.) I sent him an email as a reminder however of all the issues and NEVER got a return email. I waited a few days respectfully for a reply and there was no response. So I emailed Heather and Danny in a second, joint email that was received by both employees. Still no response. I had left voicemails and still no response. This dealership is a nightmare. Honestly this happened over a year and a half ago, and I am just addressing this now due to the fact that I work away from home, and I’m just constantly on the road. I finally have downtime to address this dishonest practice and I’m going to make sure people know. This is not what a reputable and honest company does. Again, the door was not fixed properly, a radiator hose wasn’t replaced that they stated would be replaced, and the tire sensors weren’t replaced. (I do have to add that they told me it would be 300 dollars cheaper when I came to pick the truck up.) I was over the moon. Later, after inspection of the vehicle and the bill I found out that half the work wasn’t done. I'm sure you can imagine how I felt. If you are thinking about using this as a service option for your vehicle, DONT! Save your money, don’t get ripped off, and travel 100 miles to Saint George to get your Chevy worked on in Saint George where I have never had a problem getting the work done in a timely manner, and doing the work that they say they are going to do. I am attaching pictures of the vehicle and the emails I sent too! More
