Absolutely no concern for customer service or making the customer feel appreciated or valued. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from Findlay Chrysler; don’t do it. I would give no stars if I could. They have horrible customer service and could give two craps less about the customers buying Chrysler; don’t do it. I would give no stars if I could. The car sales guy we worked with, Jeremy, was phenomenal and I feel bad that he works for such a horrible management team who doesn’t care about their customers. Truly just sad. More
