I purchased this vehicle from here, with an extended warranty. When I called to schedule the appointment I told them that I already contacted my warranty company and they did verify that a battery replacement was covered under my warranty. I also wanted them to take a look at my AC because it wasn't blowing cold air. When I called to check on the status of my vehicle, brittany had answered and she told me that they replaced the battery already and that there was a leak in my AC. I asked her if they got the approval from my warranty company to fix the AC and the battery, and she asked what warranty and then put me on hold, came back on the line and said well your warranty isn't going to pay to replace your battery. At this point I was going to have them put the old battery back in my vehicle and I was going to pick it up and take it else where to be fixed. 1. Why would you not look in your system that when i called i told the person that a battery was indeed covered in my warranty (I wouldve replaced it myself if it wasnt) 2. Why would you tell me with out even checking with my warranty company and just assume that a battery replacement isn't covered. Since my vehicle was already there, and they already found the problem with my AC, I allowed them to finish the repair, however I will be taking it elsewhere for future repairs. Wouldve only given one star, but Patrick was very friendly throughout the whole process. Its unfortunate that this isn't the only issue we've had with this dealership. Hopefully,soon enough they realize its not just about new sales, but making your previous customers happy so that they return.
