My experience was absolutely amazing. I worked with Jerome, who had the truck I was most interested in ready for a test drive upon my arrival. After deciding it was the one, Jerome helped me get all set up and it wasn’t long before I was sitting with Norm signing my paperwork. There was never any pressure to buy, you don’t have to do that when you offer quality vehicles, and there was no need for wheeling and dealing because the price was significantly lower than value. Jerome was such a pleasure, very knowledgeable and experienced, and above all else personable. His personality and attitude really made us feel like we were buying from a friend. True trust in what we were buying and where it was from is an unmatched feeling. I was calling friends and family and recommending the dealership the whole way home in my new truck. I could not be more satisfied with not only my purchase but the entire experience. I will definitely be back! 10/5 stars for the dealership and everyone involved! More

She made it a point to be quick and understood her customer, knowing I drove 2+ hours in a winter storm to make the deal happen that afternoon. Often you go into a dealer and are attacked by several sales people. This dealer was approachable and caused little anxiety. The staff, even though were not directly involved with my sale, made sure I enjoyed my time there... you could also feel the team atmosphere with the joking and laughter in the background.
