I was told that they do not hold vehicles but since I had a lengthy drive ahead of me, the best he could do was, when I tell them I'm on my way, they would pull keys so I didnt show up to a sold truck. I called at 1 oclock and started my 5 hour trek to the dealer, anybody guess where this is headed? I am 4hrs 22mins into the 5 hour trek to get a text from salesman rick, truck is selling. 2 guys take vacation days from work, 2 tanks of fuel and 9 hour round trip all for a sorry. xxxx poor communication between sales team. Spoke with sales manager and all he could say was he didnt know what was going on, sorry, I'll fill your tank. No thanks, not wasting anymore time to drive towards you.
