Buyer Beware - I called ahead to checked on the vehicle I wanted to see and was called back after someone looked into the vehicle to make sure it was available. The person knew exactly the vehicle I was co I wanted to see and was called back after someone looked into the vehicle to make sure it was available. The person knew exactly the vehicle I was coming to look at as I made an appointment and after arriving and finding out it did not have the options advertised, I was told it my responsibility to go over all of the advertised information option by option to ensure the dealership posting is correct before driving to the dealership. Additionally, they would not budge on price even a few hundred dollars (to make up for no remote start and power locks) once the error was acknowledged. It disappointing and simply a poor business practice. Not sure from the customer perspective what else the dealership expected. I called, ensured the vehicle was available, made an appointment, came to my appointment and offered the asking price if the car was "made whole" as advertised and if not asked for a slight (couple hundred dollars) off. Seems reasonable but I guess not as both offers were refused by the dealership. I followed up with the dealership giving them a chance to correct what I assume was a misunderstanding and have yet to hear from them. More
