Sales rep actually listened to us. Michelle listened to what we were looking for. She didn't try to push something else at us for a higher sale price. She didn't tell us we would have to wait until the dealership prepares the title and will mail to us. We wasted a trip and time at BMV. More

After 4 visits, they left me with a still broken truck two days out from a trip I’m supposed to drive it on - they knew this. Little do they know I have family that works in corporate automotive and we’ve already started the process of filing a complaint with FCA corporate headquarters in MI. Wrong person to treat this way. On the other hand, I was terribly disappointed by the arrogance and stubbornness of Brad Overly. The day after we bought the vehicle we had a concern, and in speaking with him -- once on the phone and once in person -- he flat out told me he wasn't going to do anything about my problem if it needed fixing unless it was covered in the extended warranty we purchased. Instead of trying to calm the situation, he stood there and defied a customer who had just plunked down over $31,000 the day before. I will be asking for a meeting with his boss, because everybody has a boss, although Brad doesn't seem to know that. So, fantastic salesperson, arrogant manager. I gave Brittany five stars, but there was no option for zero stars for Brad so I had to give him one he didn't deserve. More

They're extremely nice, until you sign the paperwork. Then you're on your own. They failed to disclose to me a number of things wrong with the truck I just bought for almost $40,000. Now I'm stuck with having to make the repairs for several thousand dollars more (hopefully that will cover it). There was a remaining manufacturer's warranty, but no one would give me any information on it. I kept being told someone would give it to me. As a business owner, I don't have a whole lot of respect for places that treat their customers this way. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else to spend your hard-earned money. More
