Honest, straight-talk negotiating, sealed with a hand shake! After months of perusing CARFAX, CARGURUS, CRAIGSLIST and other sites, a good deal finally popped up at Findlay Chrysler on CARGURUS. I sent an email and almost immediately received a response. I set up an appointment to see the vehicle the next day and to my surprise, as my wife and I pulled into the dealership, was the vehicle sitting there all washed and polished with my name on a sign in the windshield!! Upon entering we were greeted by the salesman, Jerome Kenner, who treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy that we've ever had at a dealership in a long time. Jerome worked with us patiently and diligently until we came to an agreement on the purchase of this vehicle. When we were finished with all the paperwork, thanks to Rich Slack who made that portion a good experience, Jerome had the vehicle gone over again, washed and fueled with the tags swapped out, and sitting out front for us. Not only do we recommend Findlay Chrysler for your next vehicle, but definitely recommend Jerome and Rich as the people to help you with that purchase!!
