From the moment we arrived and got out of our car, we were approached by Mohamad Alkoussa who offered his assistance. We told him what we were interested in seeing and what seemed only a few minutes, he had found a car in the color we wanted and got the car for us to take a test drive. We loved the car and the price negotiation was “pressure-free” and not a stressful experience as car buying can be at some dealerships. We felt Mohamad had our best interests in mind and helped negotiate a deal we could not refuse! What made this also such a great experience was Mohamad’s engaging personality, technical knowledge, and caring attitude…and follow up exhibited by him throughout the car buying process, even after the sale. Ask for Mohamadi when you schedule a visit or walk in…you will not be disappointed! I also want to give a shout-out for Francisco in Credit and Antonio in Service. Both gentlemen were also a pleasure to deal with and final paperwork and service prep was handled easily and quickly. We are from Denver and recently purchased a house in Henderson so we can spend more time with our grandchildren. Car buying is not something we do frequently….but dealing with Findlay and these guys was a pleasure we did not expect but highly appreciated! More
