Excelente service, our service consultant was Judy Tweedy and she went through the vehicle’s service history from the previous owner and told us exactly what we needed to do to the car. I took my car to be serviced for the third time, the service writer asked if I wanted my tires rotated but decided it didn’t need to be done since my service was prepaid. The finance guy was a train wreck, new, slow, unorganized, misinformed, Very upsetting, we knew what we wanted & he would not listen to our finance bank preference, would not put the correct mailing address, warrantys not interested in, and this diagram on how a basic warranty works was condescending at best. Then promises were made for another dealer on a repair that that was a 4 day fright fest. However Brittany was helpful & that is not her fault the other Findlay dealer was disorganized, and unwilling to go the extra mile. So my review is mixed. Some good & some bad. But the most annoying issues, was after 5 days of drama on a fix, I called the corporate office and the receptionist said that she was instructed to forward customer to dealer GM and was not permitted to leave a message for an owner. Like they are above customer service- so that was troubling. Here's a news flash, if the dealer GM was helping I wouldn't have called. More
