For the 5 years I've owned my Honda CR-V, I've always taken it back to the dealer for service, and they have always taken GREAT care of me and my car. When I brought my car in again yesterday for a routi taken it back to the dealer for service, and they have always taken GREAT care of me and my car. When I brought my car in again yesterday for a routine service, Taylor greeted me with a very pleasant smile and made sure I was promptly taken care of. He then escorted me into the waiting area, got a cold bottle of water for me, and asked if there was anything else he could do for me.
