I took my 2019 Odyssey to be serviced and Antonio C. was understanding of my situation. He explained what needed to be done in a way that I understood and let me know about upcoming repairs. He stated was understanding of my situation. He explained what needed to be done in a way that I understood and let me know about upcoming repairs. He stated that they were backed up and the repairs could take up to 2 hours. I was surprised when he contacted me to let me know that my car was ready less than 2 hours.
