Findlay was absolutely amazing. I normally do not like dealerships, in fact I hate them, but Findlay was very caring, thoughtful, and very easy to deal with. Findlay receptionists connected me with sales, my salesmen, Chris, sent thorough videos of the car, they catered to my many questions in buying a car without seeing it in-person (again since I live 7 hours away), and were attentive to my needs - I flew down and they even booked me an Uber to the dealership; this is all to say how thoughtful and attentive they were. My salesman Chris was amazing and I recommend working with him and their team! Dealerships need to take note and follow the footsteps of Findlay Honda Henderson! More

I brought my car in because the audio system wasn't booting up. Turned out to be a simple reset, although it wasn't clear why the system said it lost power. They road tested the car over 2 days to see if it would lose power again. It didn't and seems to be working fine. I was treated kindly, fairly and with respect. We are new to the area and I can't believe how customer friendly they are compared to east coast car dealers. I will be a return customer for service and would likely buy from them when I wear out my current Honda. More

I was close to Honda centenial when my engine light turn on for "emission system issues" so I decided to take it in and it was a bad decision. They said the sensors were dirty and they cleaned them and that on for "emission system issues" so I decided to take it in and it was a bad decision. They said the sensors were dirty and they cleaned them and that was it. 2 days later the light turn on again. As we all know gas is super expensive and to take it in again was about 50 min drive! My fault I thought I was going to received the same service I received with John (manager) at Findlay Honda in Henderson. My previous experience with John was amazing and I really thought I was going to received the same service and I was so wrong. So, I decided to contact John and explain the situation. John was so kind and took my pilot tight away. John took care of everything. Bryant Camacho was my technician and he was so kind, attentive and friendly. Bryant was very communicative during the service. I truly appreciate John and Bryant for making my experience super easy and straightforward. If you are having issues with your car don't waste your time in other places and just take it to Findlay Honda, be sure they will take care of you and your car. John and Bryant are amazing!!!
