This is the third time now that I have tried to get decent service at the fast service for an oil change and the service guys are jerks. I should not have to go to the big boss because they have horrib decent service at the fast service for an oil change and the service guys are jerks. I should not have to go to the big boss because they have horrible people that work in the fast lube. I have bought many cars from this dealership and now I think they have lost my business because of this. Today I went to get the car serviced and they are only taking cards and wanted to write down all the info for the card and take a photo copy of the card to and the guy told me that in a week or so they would charge the card and destroy the info in the shredder, are you kidding me that in a week or more that you could charge my card whatever they wanted and how would I know they shredded the info and just throw the info in the garbage because somebody was to lazy to shred it. If your systems are not working you should be closed not doing shady stuff to people. This isn’t even a good idea in this day and age to do this kind of stuff to customers. Also the way there service jerks talk down to you is not the right way to talk to customers. Anyway I have a long list of complaints and how I have been treated by the service department there, from the head of the service department all the way down to to turds that come out to check you in. I know this will not matter to most and especially to them at Honda but I’m tiered of buying cars from Honda and getting treated like garbage. More

Judy i s my service advisor and she is great. She listens and if there is anything that is found she lets me know. The reason when I needed a second car I went back to Findlay Now she has 2 C She listens and if there is anything that is found she lets me know. I went to Findley Honda on 6/3/24 late in the AM for an oil change and to put a sunblock strip on the windshield and back window. I expected to get an appointment but was told by the Service Advisor(SA) th oil change and to put a sunblock strip on the windshield and back window. I expected to get an appointment but was told by the Service Advisor(SA) they could do it that day by 4PM. I said OK and agreed on the $287.08 price. Shortly before 4PM the SA called and said the car was done but more work was needed. If I wanted I could leave the car overnight and pick it up the next day. I declined and told the SA I was coming to pick up my car. When I arrived the SA handed me the paperwork and I paid the bill while he retrieved the car. I noticed the outside of the car was filthy and the inside windows were no better. While waiting for the car I looked at the paperwork and saw some of the things he wanted to do on my 2006 Civic that had 111,636 miles. fuel system service. cost $191.60 brake system fluid exchange cost $164.77 replace engine coolant. cost $170.51 replace plugs. cost $246.39 manual transmission service. cost $154.27 I told the SA I had those services performed at 100,000 miles by their dealership.He went back inside came out about 2 minutes later and said they had no record of it only some oil changes from the past. I went home checked my previous paperwork and the service I listed with the quoted price had been performed at 101,00 miles. If I told the SA to go ahead and do the work they recommended the bill would have been $3639.63 not including what I already paid. I expect a lot of businesses see a somewhat dimwitted senior citizen walking in the door. My advice don't be afraid to say NO until you get all the available information. More
