We had an issues with an intermittent noise coming from the rear passenger wheel. Our service advisor Tim Villani asked questions and took careful notes. It took a few days to get the parts in and to get the necessary repairs completed. The repairs were not cheap but the diagnosis and repairs were accurate. I hear so many stories about mechanics incorrectly guessing and taking the VERY expensive “shotgun” approach to auto repair. I’m happy to report that our mechanic took his/ her time and fixed our 2009 CR-V correctly the first time. Thank you Findlay More

Findlay Honda service was excellent dealing with Jeremiah DeCampo (service rep) was excellent. The team finished servicing my car the exact time Jeremiah told me.
