Canceled 4yr Maintenance Contract because it didn't cover actual maintenance items (basically 1700.00 FOR OIL CHANGES), 1 week to get vehicle back ( had been told vehicle was ready. We got there and dash etc in bed of truck.). Will be taking vehicle to our own mechanic who is cheaper, reliable on delivery status, and honest in recommending repairs. Only 1 item out of several issues actually done, how do you diagnose a cruise control issue without driving the vehicle? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in what is considered a MAJOR AUTO GROUP, in our area. More

Honda Motors Torrance Headquarters customer service personnel have been telling me there is no fix and it will be 6 months or longer before a fix will resolve the issue. I brought the vehicle into the service department to begin a paper trail. Skylar was great, he understood the issue, my complaint and frustration. He spoke directly with the service technician that took their time, rooted around and found a fix, again after 6 months of Honda Motors telling their dealers, there was no fix yet. This is my 19th year, soon to be 20 years with Findlay Honda Henderson, they are customer service oriented. More
We took our 2019 Honda Passport in for 2 Recall issues and a minor power train issue. Fernando was our service advisor. He was excellent as he thoroughly explained everything and what the timeline was goi and a minor power train issue. Fernando was our service advisor.
