And while waiting for our service counselor, and in a span of only 10 minutes, we were already approached by four different service staff, one after the other, asking if there’s anything they can help us with. We felt like VIP’s! Our service counselor, Fernando Pancho is the best! We met him six months ago when we had our first service at Honda in Henderson, NV & he was great! He’s someone who’s calm, patient, and takes his time explaining things to us in a clear and pleasant manner. And most of all, he replies timely to my text messages months after our first service was completed! Thank you Honda for these very pleasant service experiences! More

I called for scheduling a service appointment for the recalls on my Honda CRV and got an appointment promptly. When I arrived I was greeted by a representative that was ready with the information, infor recalls on my Honda CRV and got an appointment promptly. When I arrived I was greeted by a representative that was ready with the information, informed me of other services that I should take care of and let me know upfront what the cost was going to be. He then arranged for an Uber ride back home and kept me informed of the progress and then called me when the car was ready. Everyone was very helpful and curteous...I highly recommend this dealership for service on your car. More
