I had my car serviced recently, and Zack took care of me. He was great! He explained everything I need to have done and removed some items that weren’t really necessary in my case. As luck would have it, I needed to return about a week later because my tire pressure indicator kept coming on. They found a screw in my tire and repaired it - free of charge. I would like to give a 4.5 rating, but the app won’t let me. So I knocked it down to a four for 2 reasons. First, both issues took longer to repair than I was led to believe, and communication wasn’t the best. Second, I had issues with the arranged Uber to pick up my car and Uber canceled on me (Uber driver’s fault, not Findlay’s). But I couldn’t get hold of Zack. Texted him a couple of times and left at least one voice message and he never called back. When I tried to reach him later about the tire issue, he didn’t answer, and I couldn’t leave a message because his voice mailbox was full. Other than that, my experience with Findlay was pleasant, quick, and professional. More
