Service Experience. I went in needing a new headlight bulb and to have the Tire Pressure Monitor light turned off. Vernon W, without making me feel bad about not having prior scheduled maintenance, helped me to update to all the service standards for my 73000 mile, 16 year old Element. He took my need to have all this work done in a timely manner, and must have communicated with the people doing the service, because it was finished 1/2 day earlier than first estimated.
