Victor was great, our salesperson. We would give him 5 stars. Kevin was our finance person. We would give him 5 stars. Travis, introduced to us aby Victor as his manager, was very deceptive and was not honest with us. Our ORIGINAL invoice we looked at was approximately $35,000.00 . It included: MSRP $28,295.00 Dealer Discounts $1,001.00 Vehicle Price $27,294.00 Accessories: Pro Pack $1095.00, Permaplate $695.00, GPS $1200.00, and Key Replacement $1295.00. Document Prep Fee $499.00 License/Title $ 28.25 Sales/Use Tax $2686.53. All of this = 34,792.78. I thought it just over $35K. I don’t know if there was something else small that was on it. In any event, Travis said, If I can get you out the door with this at $32K, would you buy it now, before you leave (because we had told them we were headed to Subaru to look at their Forester)? So, we said Yes. He took the original invoice with him and came back with an invoice that was $32,088.88, so we said okay. We then went to Finance, because we were getting a loan on the HR-V. When Kevin began to go over the add-ons, he asked if wanted GPS and Key Replacement. We told him that was already included in our invoice with the Finlay Pro Pack, and the Permaplate. He said it was not included. So, we asked him to call Travis. Travis came in and said, oh, I had to remove them to get you down to $32K. That was not the deal. I told him that that was not what we agreed to, so he said he’d give us key replacements at the employee cost of $650, but not the GPS. At that point, I said we’d pay the $650 with our down payment of $7650. We thought about it, and should have just walked away, but unfortunately we did not. We had been there quite a while and we were both tired and wanted to get out of there. Travis was dishonest with us, took advantage of us, and we really did not appreciate it. We would give Travis 0 stars. I think Travis should give us the GPS for $1200 and Key Replacement for $1295 and refund our amount of $650 we paid. We do expect to hear from somebody at Finlay Honda, Centennial, Las Vegas, NV. Outstanding sales and service! Bought 3 vehicles here and have taken friends, who also bought vehicles from Findlay. Although all are good, Victor is the best service writer.
