Trust your car and your manual, not the service shop or any bottles they want to show you as "proof." I recently took my three week old Passport to get electrical system checked because it was acting glitchy. They looked at it and next day it was ready for pick up. I laughed but went to buy an original Apple cord for my phone in case that was the real problem. It wasn’t, I am having the same issues as before. This tells me that they didn’t really check for the problem but instead didn’t know how to fix it or were being lazy and didn’t bother trying to resolve the problem. More
