On 7/15/2022, I took my car for service. I waited 10 minutes for it to open. At 7:00 am, service advisor Kuilani approached my vehicle and got me in first. I was leaving the service center b I waited 10 minutes for it to open. At 7:00 am, service advisor Kuilani approached my vehicle and got me in first. I was leaving the service center by 7:30 am. I've had great service advisors over the past 9 years but Kuilani is a standout! Brought my Pilot in for 3yr, 20,000 mile service which I was told would take most of the day. I've been coming here for years and have always been treated with respect. My now 15 yr old Honda Accord has stayed in great condition. My visit yesterday was an oil change and to check it over, especi treated with respect. My now 15 yr old Honda Accord has stayed in great condition. My visit yesterday was an oil change and to check it over, especially the air conditioning which was starting to make noises. I will have a new compressor installed and will follow up in the following months with a few other issues which is expected in an older car. I absolutely love my car and want to keep it great condition for years to come. More
