made an appointment to have my A/C repaired. not with-in my window they required 3-days. so I only did the recalls But, when I got my car back. Max was ok but unfair billing policy. I came in to have FOB reconnected. I was charged $219 for analysis…basically to see if FOB wasn’t connected. It’s as if I went in for a flat tire, a I came in to have FOB reconnected. I was charged $219 for analysis…basically to see if FOB wasn’t connected. It’s as if I went in for a flat tire, and was charged $219 by KIA - for agreeing with what I said I needed. Reconnecting a FOB should be free. So no, I don’t plan on returning anytime soon. Deceptive practices. I may write a YELP review next. More
