I’ve been a long-time Findlay customer, but this location continues to disappoint me. I’m honestly unsure why they provide a phone number because getting ahold of anyone is nearly impossible. I’ve called and sent text messages multiple times, yet no one has responded. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I originally brought my vehicle in for a recall and routine service. Not only was the recall never completed, but I was also told there was a leaking valve that needed repair. I paid over $1,400 out of pocket for that repair, and now I’m experiencing the exact same issue again. I simply requested a copy of the repair invoice, yet no one has been willing to provide it. It makes me question whether they stand behind their work at all. It feels incredibly unfair that if one of their repairs fails, you’re expected to pay all over again instead of having the issue addressed under any workmanship warranty. To make matters worse, after my previous visit I left a negative review because of the poor customer service and because my vehicle was returned to me covered in oil stains. They were quick to contact me about changing my review and sent another customer satisfaction survey after explaining the situation offered $200 discount, yet now that I need assistance again, I’m being completely ignored. I’ve had repairs performed under at other Findlay locations without any issues, if any issues occurred for the work done I would simply bring it back so I know this isn’t representative of the entire company. Unfortunately, this specific location has consistently provided poor service and is giving the Findlay name a bad reputation. At this point, I’m not even sure I want to bring my vehicle back since they haven’t made any effort to return my calls or messages. Customer service doesn’t end once the bill is paid. I will be opening a complaint on BBB and will continue to share this information all over social media platforms Update: AVOID THIS PLACE NO ONE HAS CALLED I MAJOR REPAIRS SHOULD NOT BE MADE HERE AS THE WORK ISNT PROPERLY DONE! My car broke down on my drive into Vegas from La and had it towed there on Monday morning. Because I was from out of town, Josepf assured me I would be a priority.
