Let me tell ya! - my service rep (Jose Marquez) was a lifesaver!! It's a thing when you are under stress and don't quite think clearly in a hot car. I parked my car - my service rep (Jose Marquez) was a lifesaver!! It's a thing when you are under stress and don't quite think clearly in a hot car. I parked my car and went to get out- the door wouldn't open! I tried the latch several times but to no avail. So I climbed over the seat to exit from the passenger side several times, opening and closing the door from the outside but to no avail. Totally frustrated- I called Lincoln service. I know this sounds simple- I think Jose heard the panic in my voice. After listening to me panicking Jose calmly suggested I roll the window down and open the door from the outside. DUH- why didn't I think of that?!!! He had the door handle fixed in no time, had the car washed and expedited my oil change. Always excellent service at this dealership. And always quick thinking professional employees helping to make the experience most positive. Thanks Jose and the team at Findlay Lincoln, Henderson, I highly recommend your services!! More

Once we took it on a drove I knew it was the one for me. I was ready to sign on the dotted line. I feel like Paul was great at making sure I felt like I was getting a good deal and I 💯 feel like I got a very good deal. Jeannie in finance was very friendly and made the boring part quite entertaining. I would recommend this dealership (this is my 4th car from Findlay) and each time has been great.
