Seems to be quite a turnover of service advisor staff (and a recent software system change that seemed to be a challenge pulling up the history of the vehicle purchased at this dealership and service solely by them for the past 18 years). Makes me wonder about how employees are treated/fairly compensated by this large family dealership. Also, as a loyal customer since 2007 (2 vehicles purchased and 3 vehicles continuously serviced), it would be nice if there was at least a token of appreciation via a loyalty discount program. More
I witnessed a valve cap flying off a tire as my car was driven to pick-up. My oil change sticker wasn't updated so I had to check the paperwork to make sure an oil change was performed.
