I visited Findlay Toyota due to my perception that I needed new brakes -- I experienced metal on metal screeching when applying the brakes. The tech checked out the brakes and found that all 4 were in g needed new brakes -- I experienced metal on metal screeching when applying the brakes. John Wong was clear explaining the findings and as a result, there was no charge for my visit yesterday.
