It is very hard to find a auto service department that starts well let alone to finish well. However, Maverick, at Toyota Findlay will be the person I ask for when I get my vehicles serviced. From the beginning of my service appointment Maverick was friendly and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed through the entire process. I did not have to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. He called me promptly when my vehicle was finished. The work done fixed my issue and the service was excellent from "Start to Finish". Well done Maverick and well done Toyota Findlay! More
